Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Harnesses, leashes, collars & blankets

Lilleman Bed
All our beds come vacuum sealed. If the vacuum seal has not been opened and you are able to fit the bed back into the original packaging box it arrived in then we will happily accept returns. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by emailing us at info@lillemans.com.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely.
Once the vacuum seal has been broken, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. Additionally, the bed cannot be re-packaged once it has fully expanded, so it cannot be sent back. We strongly recommend double-checking the measurements prior to purchase to avoid any disappointment. If you have questions or need further assistance, our team is always here to help.
Non-returnable items
We don't accept returns on the following items:

- Sale items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging. This means that if you want a new product, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Cost
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely.

The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Pilegården 7C, 43635, Askim, Sweden.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
